Chocolate Surfing Gummy Bears Recipe
375g Nestle Dark Chocolate Melts
1 packet Gummy Bears
Approx 15 Dried Mango pieces
Place chocolate melts in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 min 30 seconds.
Remove and stir with a metal spoon until smooth consistency.
Dip Mango pieces in the melted chocolate to completely cover the mango.
Place mango pieces on baking paper and whilst the chocolate is setting, place the gummy bears on top of the mango.
Allow to dry
